I was asked to pass on the following to be sent to your respective senators and representatives.

Dear ______:

On this Independence Day, I call on you to Federally codify reproductive rights in the following most basic way to save the lives of women:

1-Abortion is permitted when two doctors agree that the life or health of the mother is at risk;

2-Ectopic implantation if a blastocyst or embryo is to be removed immediately upon detection given that ectopic implantations are (a) never viable, and (b) May rupture, endangering the life of the mother;

3-under conditions where pregnancy is the result of rape or incest.

Surely this will have bipartisan support? If not, voters should know who would vote against life-saving measures for pregnant women. Thank you.
