WHAT: Energy & Natural Resources Senate Committee Hearing to Consider Nominations to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission DATE: March 21, 2024 TIME: 10:00 AM LOCATION: Room 366, Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the nominations of:

David Rosner to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the term expiring June 30, 2027;

Lindsay S. See to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the term expiring June 30, 2028; and

Judy W. Chang to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2029.

The hearing will be webcast live on the Committee’s website, and an archived video will be available shortly after the hearing concludes. Witness testimony will be available on the website at the start of the hearing.
