Phone Service Restored at ARRL Headquarters [1]

A telephone service outage has been reported by a regional carrier, and is affecting phone service at ARRL Headquarters. Incoming and outgoing phone calls have been disrupted. We are expecting an update from the carrier as they determine the root cause of the issue.
