hi folks, i don't read this group much so please reply by
e-mail as well as to this group (if possible)

anyway... i have some 256-color gif images which i'd like
to touch up, pixel by pixel. i tried using Giffer to convert
them to pict format and then Color McCheese to edit them.
Unfortunately, CMcC does weird things to the palette and the
colors and resolution gets screwed up.

is there an easy way to do something like this?

thanx
