Excuse me if this is a FAQ, but what support, if any, does 2.0
have for the A2232 multi-serial board?

I just purchased and installed this board in my 3000. All the
documentation refers to 2000's, and all the software appears to
be 1.3. Most notably, the "a2232-preferences" program is the *entire*
1.3 "preferences," with patches that allow port selection.

The docs that come with the a2232 direct me to replace the
serial device, the mount command, the port-handler and the aux-handler.
I notice that this software is dated first-quarter '90, which is much
earlier than my version of 2.0. So, do I trash newer software with
older upgrades made for this board?

There's not even a *mention* of 2.0 in the A2232 docs. What's up here?

If this *is* a FAQ, please email any info; otherwise, post, since it's
probably of general interest. Many thanks!
