I'm curious.  What are the good points of termio that termios omits?
It seems to me that termios is much cleaner than the old BSD mechanism,
and is a superset of termio that solves things like the stupid
VEOF/VMIN and VEOL/VTIME overloading.  All the BSD functionality is
there.
