There is no 3-D plotting ability of any kind under Excel 2.2a. Also, Excel
3.0 only gives a couple of 3-D plotting choices (line, bar, and pie, I
believe). Unless one of these is what you had in mind, forget it. Wingz
comes somewhat closer, by letting you plot points, but only along equally
spaced grid lines. Deltagraph lets you do 3-D scattergrams as does Mathematica
I believe. I can't say much about how well or easily either of them accomplish
this, though.
