Some people have complained that if they delete	the file
	/tmp/Is1234
they lose the ability to connect to ISIS on their machines.

When using unix-domain communication (UNIX_DOM enabled) this
is the file name used, under ISIS V2.1, to connect to protos.
In V3.0 we are moving this to /tmp/isis/Isxxxx to eliminate
this source of problems.

If you can't avoid the periodic deletion of the /tmp/Isxxxx file,
either make the same change to your system (look for places
where bind or connect are called in cl_isis.c, pr_client.c) or
change your copy of ISIS to use TCP communication (disable UNIX_DOM)
