I have a very simple problem:

What I have: A 300dpi B&W bitmap file (2592x3300pixels) (currently stored in
PCX format, but I can decode that into a raw bitmap
		without trouble).

What I need: To dump this to a full page on an HP compatible printer.
Speed of output is not an issue. All I need is an easy,
generic method to dump said bitmap onto a single full
page. Control codes or suchlike are prefered if it's
easy, or a command-line-driven program would be wonderful.
		Any pointers to code/references?

Any and all help is appreciated,
	PG
