Does anyone know of a database cataloging nuclear transcription factor
binding sequences in cloned DNAs? Specifically, I am interested in
finding a comprehensive listing of DNA motifs known to interact with
mammalian transcription factors. It would be ideal if the database
were accessible by ftp or e-mail.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
