The BULLET-286 System Board can be purchased for $120 (I think).
There is a dealer that I know of in SLC, Utah, but I expect that won't help
you. If this helps, here is the company's address:

Wave Mate, Incorporated
2341 205th Street, Suite 110, Torrance, California 90501
(213) 533-8190, Fax: (213) 533-5940

I don't know if the Bullet-286 was designed to fit into the true-blue case,
but I have personally installed 20+ such boards into both 5 and 8 slot
true-blue IBM cases and they fit like the original with no complaints.
The memory, of course, must be replaced with 100ns chips. And the board
can handle 1MB. They work nicely as 286 machines.
