	I believe you're referring to:
	
	Fundamentals of Interactive Computer Graphics, 2nd Edition
	Foley and Van Dam (with 2 other authors in 2nd ed)

another good book is:

	Principles of Interactive Computer Graphics
	Newmann and Sproull
