Hello, Co-Testers!

Our university department deals with VLSI design and is quite new in the
area of testing. About two weeks ago we received our first tester device,
an LV500 by Tektronix. We intend to use it for PLD testing, and (maybe) in
future also for testing of more complicated ASICs.

Since we don't have too much experience with this kind of tester, we would
be glad to get an overview about the following items:

- Who uses LV500 ?
- What do you use it for ?
- What kind of additional software do you have for it (TekWaves etc.) ?
- How content are you with your LV500 ?

Please answer by email. I'll post a summary if a get sufficient information.
If I start a discussion on this newsgroup this will be ok, too.
