Is it possible for power problems (surges, etc.) or the effects thereof
to propogate from one machine on a LAN to others and cause damage. (temporary
transmissions disruption would be tolerable). Do NIC's have any built-in
protection against this ? Is there something that can be done with the LAN
installation that can eliminate or minimze this risk ?
