I'm going to be in Orlando on 6/1 as well, and I'd like to see the launch,
but I'm not really up for driving all the way to the Cape to get caught in
a traffic jam. Are there any sites (beaches, parks, coastal land) near
the Cape that are just as good, maybe a little farther away, that is not
mobbed by crowds? I don't mind not seeing the craft up close as it goes up,
but I'd like to see a little more than a vapor trail. Can any locals out
there help? Thanks in advance!
