documentation on it in the A3000 manuals but there might be a READ.ME file
on one of the original (or current) Workbench disks that describes it.
 
 I know that it is a lot like Dave Haynies SetCPU (found on a Fred Fish disk)
so you might want to find SetCPU on a Fred Fish disk and use its docs to
help figure out CPU.
