Although balloon help is helpful, and best of all _non-modal_
(hurrah!) I would like to turn it on/off with a cmd-key equivalent.
While it's easy to find the menu [one of the odd ones whose appearance
depends on whether balloon help is on or off] and add a
key-equivalent, nothing seems to happen when you reboot & press the
keys... Anyone know how to do this?

Note: if you rearrange your 'fmnu' items (by, say, moving 'find...'
& 'find again...' higher up in the menu, in accordance with the Human
Interface Guideline "The most frequently used operations should be at
the top of a menu..."; or adding a 'quit' [Thanks ALF for providing
the tmpl!] The help baloons will no longer line up with the items....

Perhaps a cmd-key for 'hide others' would be nice too...

From the corrections column in a July Fresno, CA _Bee_:
"An item in Thursday's [issue] about the Massachusetts budget crisis
made reference to new taxes that will help put Massachusetts 'back in
the African-American.' The item should have said 'back in the black.'"
