I have developed a different theory on the failure of my VGA board
to work with Windows 3.0, and that is that it is in compatible with
my new 486-25 mother board! I can run the board with one of two
clock rates for the ISA bus - CLOCK4 and CLOCK3 - I don't have the
manual with me, so I can't give you the exact numbers, however, the
clock rate is 6.x or 8.x according to the book.

If I run at the faster rate, the wipe out of the screen comes sooner.

In fact, I have duplicated the problem while running the program
SIMCITY in DOS 3.3, without windows running! Windows, and conversly,
the windows 3.0 video drivers do not seem to be the problem.

Any advice would be welcomed.
