I would like to know of some good books to get me started in
robotics, and I would like to read specifically about how to have a robot
have an area mapped out in it's memory and be able to know where it is and
act accordingly, and learn where obsticals are and remember them.
Ultimately, I would like to design a little robot <or big, it doesn't
really matter!> that could go to a certain location and pic up an object
when instructed, even if it's in another room. I would appreciate any help
on finding suitable literature! And any help I can get in posts, of
course! It seems like there are some pretty good people here, I am amazed
by some of the posts!
