According to Tanenbaum's own postings the publisher has
no problem with a few copies of MINIX being distributed
to friends of owners, students, etc. for educ purposes.
I would very much like to acquire a good, complete copy
of MINIX that will run on my XT with Hard Drive. If you
can help me acquire one let me know. Don't have $169.00
for Prentice-Hall. Version 1.3 would be quite adequate.

If fact, I'll be lucky to scrounge the $41.00 or so for
the Tanenbaum book, so that too would be appreciated at
any reasonable price. E-mail any day. I am quite eager.
