YOU use UUPSI, so have no limits.

I use UUPSI, too.

A lot of people don't. I don't, at home.

If you want to use a MBAS through your link to UUPSI, that's fine. Nobody
is saying you can't do that. But for that to work that MBAS *must* restrict
itself to UUPSI, or other end-user paid links. That was the problem with
BITFTP... it didn't.

The most reasonable solution would be for UUPSI to provide a MBAS for UUPSI
customers only. Have you asked them?
