On labrea.stanford.edu in a file called ~ftp/pub/nexttex.tar.Z are new
executables for TeX and iniTeX that will handle larger hyphenation patterns,
as well as executables for a newer dvips that works around a bug in the
2.0/2.1 PostScript interpreter that affects the way rules are drawn.

If anyone successfully uses this for Dutch or German hyphenation, please
send me mail confirming that it works for you.
