Yes! I can recommend the Asante line of ethernet cards, at least their
NuBus ones. They are totally register-level compatible with the good
ol' Ethertalk NB. They even are shipped with Apple's network installer,
and Apple's drivers! (There's also a rudimentary but quite useful
card diagnostic tool included, written by a 3rd party). If you can,
get the one with the 64K buffer, it seems to have marginally better
performance than the 16K version. Each comes in either Thick/Thin or
Thick/10BaseT. (I used Thick/Thin) (Thin, actually.)

I use them under MacOS with MacTCP and NCSA Telnet/Ftp,
and also under A/UX 2.0. A/UX 2.0 (and 2.0.1 I presume) recognizes it as
existant with absolutely no driver mods/installs required.

Only one design drawback to the Nubus cards: The jumper to select Thin/Thick
or Thick/10BaseT is on the card, so you have to pop the case open to switch.
But this is nitpicking.

Got mine from MacZone.

Happy netting.
