On the anon.ftp of rusmv1.rus.uni-stuttgart.de (129.69.1.12) in
./soft/pc/lang/fortran/, there is a file bcf77.zip which appears to be
a PD/Shearware Fortran Compiler. However, the documentation is writen
in German and I am not sure about the special requirements to make the
program to run. (I don't read German). Anybody care to try it or contact
the author, or translate the docs into English?
