As long as I know the only way is to buy a commercial products.
Transcript package on Unix has such a filter and you convert the troff output
there. Or you may buy Troff package (ex Eroff) which has printer drivers.

(I have asked the simiar questions several times on several newsgroups
 but I got nothing.)

Or, you install gnu-troff on unix, which is free. 
Its default output is Postscript.
