I seem to have come across what I feel is a bug in the control panel
or in one of the tools it uses.

From the testing I've done, if there are up to 35 files in the CDEVS
folder, there are no problems. If there are 38 or more, the control
panel says there are no CDEVS in the folder and won't open.

I tested this out by putting files into the CDEV folder. It is true for over
36 files. I had the standard CDEVs, Twilight (which I think crashes my system)
AlertSound, CDEV.data, Twilight folder, plus I put extra files in there to
add to the file count. Any clue from the Apple guys why this is or if this is
known?
