Winhelp highlights crossreferences by printing them in green. I've changed
the default background colour in windows (I don't like white), and green
looks terrible on it. Is there any way to change those green cross
references? The manual doesn't talk about this at all, as far as I can tell.

I've tried the colour change option in the control panel; I've manually
edited win.ini to change hilight and hilighttext and neither one has
worked. Can anyone help me?
