My appologies, I got called out of the office and mistakenly sent it before I
finished.

Once again pin out is as follows With Descriptions.

   3 1
    5 4
      2

      Pin 1- Luminance
      Pin 2- Ground
      Pin 3- Audio Out
      Pin 4- Video Out
      Pin 5- Audio In

For Audio out you should connect Ground to Ground or outside of RCA plug
Pin 3 to Post of RCA Plug.

This does not interfere with display on TV.
If you are using a Monitor that uses this socket I don't really know
how to do that unless you solder dual wires to pin 2 and 3.
