Land on the carrier at heading 350 degrees. You takeoff at 0 degrees.

You do not need to catch the arresting wires to end a mission. You just
need to shutdown your turbine (0% thrust.)

As far as the sub mission goes, take out all the Migs and the cruise missile,
should it appear, and land back on the carrier. That's it. Apparently
you can sink the sub if you manage to make six AMRAAMs hit the conning tower,
but I have never managed it.
