This seems very FAQ, but I haven't really seen it discussed in the past few
months.

I would like to use downloaded PS fonts with enscript and dvips.
Lpr'ing a type 3 font directly appears to make it 'resident' enough for
enscript---the output is produced as desired, assuming afms are available.
Similarly, .pfb fonts can be included into a TeX document by dvips.
However, dvips doesn't like fonts that are lpr'd and then listed as
resident in psfonts.map.

My question is twofold:
1) What is the kosher way to download a PS font to a UNIX-networked
   printer?
2) How can I use type 3 fonts from dvips?
