	Abacus Internals spells it Setpalette.  (btw, palette is the proper
spelling of the word, Webster says)  I don't have my Lattice C 5 manuals
handy, but I remember reading that they deliberately mispelled theirs (they
call it Setpallete if I recall correctly) because they want to remain 
compatible with the original Atari bindings.  Much as I dislike the seemingly
slipshod original bindings, I would leave them that way so that if you
distribute your code, everyone else does not have to change your code or
their libraries.
