You most certainly can.  A friend of mine wanted some of my picture
files I had but the data would have taken 25+ floppies.  Instead of
backing up the files on floppy, I simply took out my 2091 card (with
hard drive mounted on it) and placed it in my friends machine.  The
only thing to take note of is if both cards have bootable partitions on
them, the one closest to the processor will boot.
