Hello, there.

I need a LaTeX macro or two that'll allow me to do the following:

The LaTeX file is:

    \begin{lines}{Joe}
    Play lines. These are lines that the actor will speak out during
    the course of the script. This environment will be split up by a page
    break when the .dvi file is printed out.
    \end{lines}

and the output should be:

                                  Joe
    Play lines. These are lines that the actor will speak out during
    the course of the script. This environment will be split up by a page

    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - (page break) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

                                  Joe (cont'd)
    break when the .dvi file is printed out.

Any ideas?
