The install kernel doesn't include semaphores, which inetd needs (to
implement the -c, -k, and -L options).

Add the following to your /etc/conf/dfile:

	sema 1

then rebuild your kernel and you'll be in good shape.

BTW, I've been told this (the lack of semaphores when you install
networking) is fixed in 8.0.
