Publication of the reviews has never been a point of discussion -- it
was included in the original charter, and nothing has changed.
Reviews will be published along with the software.

The anonymity of the reviewers has been discussed, with the result
being that reviewers will remain anonymous unless then wish to reveal
themselves.  This is what the reviewers wanted.
