Catch me if I'm wrong but didn't we hash out this Bnews<->Cnews
`garbled'-y-gook several weeks ago?  And wasn't it in light of this very
problem that these measures were taken?  And didn't Henry mention that
these patches were in the works at the time?

Of course, I could be wrong... :)
