In 1.0, one could change or add new programs for use in opening files with
particular suffixes using the "Unknown" application. Now that there is this
Inspector built in to the Workspace, which allows you to switch between tools
for opening a file, is there any new way to *add* tools to the list? Is this
still actually done by Unknown (which shows up in the tools sometimes)? Has
Unknown undergone further development under 2.[01]?

Thanks.
