	Let me guess: he doesn't know his own phone number.
	Of course, things could me more nefarious than that - he may
have snapped on to someone else's phone line and is afraid to simply
call the operator and ask what the number is.
	Actually - the operator won't tell you what the number is, at
least if you're calling from a pay phone, I think.
