I would like to put a header in my .elm/elmheaders file like:

WARNING: This message will self-destruct!!!

Under the Elm I'm running (2.3, PL 11), the header becomes:

Warning: This message will self-destruct!!!

Is this standard header behavior?
Is this standard Elm behavior?
Would I want to change this behavior?
