For 3xxx old IRIS I know that I have to fool the machine for three weeks
to get day-light saving time right.

How about 4D (specifically, 320/VGX)?  Or I have to resort to complex
/etc/TIMEZONE set up and change it every year, as a better solution over
"EDT4EDT" kind of thing?
