Has anyone made available a public domain or CopyLeft version of a
B Tree class? I suspect that this has been done, but I haven't been
able to find one. If none exists I'll have to write my own, which
I will release PD myself, but I'd like to save myself RTW if possible.

I've looked through the ET++ and NIHCL libraries without spotting anything
useful. I am using Zortech and Borland, and plan to get g++ soon as well.
Any version would be fine, though, since I could do the conversion
myself.

In case I have to do it myself, which route would be the most reasonable?
To overload the fstream class, or to create a class that contained a
pointer to an fstream? Thanks for any advice.
