Having recently tuned up TeX and dvi2hp on my 386 unix box to print on a
Laserjet clone, I find myself at a loss to figure out how to print
bitmapped figures. I have the bitmaps in PBM format (they were originally
screen window dumps) so I can easily turn them into any format I want, but
don't see any obvious way to plug them into TeX or LaTeX documents. Am I
missing something obvious, or do only losers like me have Laserjets so I
have to reinvent this particular wheel?

Cheap oil is an oxymoron.
