Not all applications allow printing only the odd or even pages, yet
there are many cases where that is what I want.  Wouldn't it be a
trivial addition to the driver to allow this?  It doesn't have to
stop, wait for me to turn the paper over, and continue; I don't mind
printing (half the document) twice.

It comes up the most when I'm using dvi-to-imagewriter (whatever it's
called) to print a .dvi file.  Double-sided is fine for textual
material, but I can't get it unless I print one page at a time.

How about it, HP and others?
