Does anyone have information or examples on how to write programs on 
an IBM-PC w/386SX(if that matters) to display 256 gray-scale images
on a VGA display.  Specifically those examples that would be written in
Microsoft C or assembly language would be really helpfull.  Thank you
in advance.
