I have an information problem. In october 89 I bought a PC from a mail
order company, the machine has been very reliable and I still run it without
problems. However I would like to improve upon the existing hardware. I
would like to add memory. The problem is that the company never sent me
the technical documentation for the machine and I think they are now out of
business (telephone has been disconnected, no add in computer magazine).

So I am looking for someone with a similar machine that could help me figure
out the switches and jumpers for my mother board and my memory board. All
I know is the following:

Company: Omega System / Automated Resources, Inc.
DBA Omega System South Bend, IN 46613
           Phone: 219-289-6688

   Machine: 386 Sx / 65 Mg HD
Memory 896K (the company sold it as a 1 Meg machine)
Memory board has the following: QEC Made in Taiwan
The memory board has 3 jumpers J1, J2 and J3 each with 3 pins
Motherboard has the following: ELT 386SX
There are 2 banks of switch on the mother board.
            Award Bios

I would really appreciate information, or pointers to company I can
turn to. Please reply by e-mail : dussart@Athena.mit.edu
