C-robots should be on wuarchive.wustl.edu in /mirrors/msdos/c (crobots.arc)
or procyon.cis.ksu.edu /pub/PC/Util/C (crobots.arc)
or mars.ee.msstate.edu /files/IBM.games (crobots.arc) <- telnetable
or isca01.icaen.uiowa.edu /simtel.msdos/c (crobots.arc) <- telnetable

Hope this helps.

BTW- does anyone know if this has been done under Unix?
I would not mind seeing something like a tournament put together.
