After getting a label stuck on the platten to our epson printer, I continue to
get the same error message "ERROR 10", which is supposed to mean the printer
thinks it is jammed. If this is not the case, the printer manual says to
contact a technician.

Has anyone else had this printer problem?

The printer is not jammed and there is no paper or label inside it. When the
printer is turned on, it will beep 3 times, and then display the error
message. There are some combinations witht the printer I can use to "fool" it
into allowing me to reset the paper, by leaving the cover off and then
powering up, but once I send a print job to the printer, the same error-10
message appears.
