As the uploader of the file in question, I guess I should say that the
archive contains the text of an article in the cryptology journal
`Cryptologia' that gives step-by-step instructions on how to crack the
password protection.  All you need is DEBUG, a pencil, and some paper.

The archive also contains the text of a letter from WPCorp in response
to the accusation that the security of password protection is pathetic.
(They concede that it's feeble.)
