In general, when looking for 88k software:
1: ftp to dg-rtp.dg.com, look in pub/gnu
2: ftp to csvax.cs.caltech.edu, look in pub/M88K/

If that fails, there's a few other cites, but they seem sporadic.
3: june.cs.washington.edu
4: sics.se (use sparaingly -- in Sweden)(unless your'e in Europe!)
5: ?? ftp.bu.edu

In particular, for gdb,
#1 has the latest version which has some nice new breakpoint code
#2's is built on an older version of #1 (no bkpt hacks, sigh...), but nicer
reg printing, and sources are there.

Lost in time and space, let alone reality,
- mike
