The current versions are kept on thumper.bellcore.com and are available
by anonymous FTP. The directories to search are all under /pub/ka9q.

Unfortunately I am unable to distribute my code directly by means other
than anonymous FTP. Several BBSes do pick up my code from thumper and
make them accessible to regular phone line users; I believe WB3FFV in
Baltimore is one such system.
